As 2017 nears its end, we’d like to reflect upon our most significant moments of the past year, and say a big THANK YOU for being a part of it all!

This year Destwin® moved into a more expansive and picturesque office located alongside Rocky Glen State Park in Sandy Hook, CT, with new creative and collaborative spaces, kitchen, and team member work areas.

Monique Felder brings over 13 years of expertise in the energy retailer industry.

Another significant addition this past year; we’re proud that Monique Felder has joined our team as our Operations Manager. In this role, Monique brings over 13 years of expertise in the energy retailer industry. Since March 2017 she has displayed a strong passion to surge Destwin’s customer satisfaction within our client base, as well as contributing her talents to our team’s product development initiatives and daily operations.

We also enjoyed the pleasure of visiting you at industry events across the country and during visits to your offices, logging thousands of combined miles in travel. Highlights for us include the National Propane Gas Association in Nashville, the Eastern Energy Expo in Hershey, PA, the ADD Systems User Conference in Orlando, the Cargas User Conference in Lancaster, PA, the AWE User Conference in Lake Hopatcong, NJ, and the NEFI Expo in Worcester, MA.

With regards to new product rollouts and improvements to our suite of solutions for energy marketers of all sizes, in 2017 we released Destwin® 3.0, our most recent major release of our flagship platform, with significant enhancements to the Destwin® Smart Marketing Console, Admin Console Management, CSR Dashboard Tools, and data loading speeds. Following our release of 3.0, we received such positive feedback from the clients who installed the update to their sites. We would like to give a BIG thank you for all feedback given! Please keep it coming and we will be sure to continue to work diligently towards meeting all of your needs!

In 2018, we will announce a number of exciting new products that will help not only streamline internal processes but also significantly save overhead cost with their simple implementations. To be announced early next year, these new releases will address the needs of fast-growing energy marketers as well as full-service retail marketers and wholesale energy suppliers.
